Presented by Commander Tony Lee and Executive Director Loetha Slade, retired teacher and General of the local Buffalo Soldiers Organization will present a history of the Buffalo Soldiers in the Civil War.  The Buffalo Soldiers in Bakersfield work with at risk youth in Bakersfield and strive to instill a code of ethics that would live up to the character and ambition of the Buffalo Soldiers.
